Our 911 Survey Mapping Enables Quicker Response in an Emergency, Improving Outcomes and Saving Lives.

Seconds Matter in an Emergency.

For example…

The American Heart Association estimates for every minute you are in a cardiac arrest, your chance of survival drops by 10%.

Accurate floor plans that will pinpoint the actual location of an individual in an emergency, enable quicker response times.

The Problem is that Buildings are 911 Blind Spots.

Unfortunately, less than 1% of all buildings have floor plans and critical safety data integrated into the 911 mapping system.

Our Mission is to give 911 Operators the ability to See within your property to immediately locate callers in distress, direct bystanders and first responders to aid in the emergency, and most importantly Save Lives.

The Process.

  • Map

Accurate Geo-referenced floor plans are drafted from existing source materials as well as detailed site survey data.

  • Annotate

Critical points of interest are identified:

  • Upload

All information is verified and formatted for insertion into the 911 mapping systems used to provide response information to Fire, EMS and Law Enforcement.

“Completing the 911 Survey of our building has given our residents and staff Peace of Mind knowing that emergency services are able to pinpoint the 911 caller’s location within our building, allowing for faster response times.”

911 Location BEFORE Mapping

911 Location AFTER Mapping

“The ability to locate a 911 caller or an incident within a building can save precious minutes in an emergency, potentially improving outcomes and saving lives.

Bob Finney III, ENP-Director, Communications Technology,

Collier County Sheriff’s Office

  • “The program can be a “huge deal” because rescuers work “kind of blind” and archives of floor plans are non-existent.”

Capt. Chris Gonzalez - 911 Staff Director

  • “A tremendous boon.”

David Thomas, a Ph.D. - Professor of Criminal Justice at Florida Gulf Coast University

  • "Without this advance knowledge responders can be at a disadvantage for situational awareness.”

Chris Byrne - Marco Island Fire Chief
